Tawni Ulrich is the co-owner and coach of TNT Allstars. Her passion for cheerleading, athlete development, and creating a positive team culture is at the heart of the TNT program.

After spending three seasons with ICE Allstars in Indianapolis, Tawni brought her experience back to the El Paso and Southern New Mexico area with a vision to build something exceptional. She is a two-time NCA Champion and an Allstar Worlds Champion. In 2025, she achieved one of the sport’s highest honors by becoming a World Champion at The Cheerleading Worlds.

Tawni is committed to helping athletes strengthen their skills, build confidence, and understand the value of teamwork, perseverance, and accountability. She believes every athlete deserves to feel supported, challenged, and proud of their progress—both inside and outside the gym.

Tony Wilson is the co-owner and coach of TNT Allstars. With years of experience coaching competitive cheerleading, Tony is known for his high standards, technical knowledge, and dedication to helping athletes reach their full potential.

Tony spent three seasons coaching at ICE Allstars in Indianapolis and has led athletes to success at some of the most competitive events in the sport. He is a back-to-back Allstar World Champion, a D1 Summit Champion, and a D1 Summit Silver Medalist.

At TNT Allstars, Tony focuses on developing strong, confident, and accountable athletes. His goal is to provide West El Paso and Southern New Mexico with elite-level coaching in an environment where athletes are challenged, supported, and inspired to become their very best.
