CLASS PRICING

ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE:  $25 required for all athletes.


CHAMPION PACKAGE: $65 a month - One class per week. Guaranteed availability.

Tumbling 101 Class Overview & Expectations

What to Expect:
Each session is structured to maximize skill development while keeping athletes engaged and active. A typical class includes:


  • 15-Minute Warm-Up – Focus on basic tumbling shapes, body control, and prerequisite breakdowns.
  • 30-Minute Skill Training – Group drills, mat work, shaping exercises, and hands-on instruction.
  • 10-Minute Conditioning & Cool Down – Strength-building circuits followed by flexibility-focused stretching.


Class Description:
Designed for beginners, this class introduces the core fundamentals of tumbling. Athletes will develop essential skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and bridges, building a strong technical foundation while gaining confidence in their abilities.


Prerequisites:
No prior experience is required—just a great attitude and willingness to learn!


Class Schedule:


Wednesdays: 4pm -5pm

Saturdays:  10am -11am

Level 1 Class Overview & Expectations

What to Expect:
Each session is structured to develop strong tumbling fundamentals while keeping athletes engaged and progressing. Classes include:


  • 15-Minute Warm-Up – Focus on body awareness, tumbling shapes, and skill preparation.
  • 30-Minute Skill Development – Hands-on training with group drills, mat work, shaping exercises, and individualized instruction.
  • 10-Minute Conditioning & Cool Down – Strength-building circuits followed by flexibility exercises for injury prevention.


Class Description:
Level 1 is our most popular tumbling class, designed for athletes building confidence in their foundational skills. This class focuses on front and back walkovers, round-offs, Valdez, and overall technique improvement. Athletes will work on form, consistency, and body control to set the stage for more advanced tumbling progressions.


Prerequisites:
Before enrolling, athletes should already be comfortable with: 

✔ Cartwheel

✔ Handstand

✔ Bridge


Class Schedule:


Tuesdays: 5 pm-6 pm   

Wednesdays: 5 pm -6 pm

Saturdays: 10 am -11 am

Level 2 Class Overview & Expectations

What to Expect:
Athletes in this class will follow a structured training plan designed to build strength, technique, and confidence in Level 2 tumbling. Each session includes:


  • 15-Minute Warm-Up – Dynamic stretching, body shaping, and prerequisite skill refinement.
  • 30-Minute Skill Development – Focused drills, mat work, and hands-on coaching to improve technique and consistency. Coaches may adjust training based on an athlete’s needs, reinforcing prior skills if necessary.
  • 10-Minute Conditioning & Cool Down – Strength-building exercises and flexibility work to enhance performance and reduce injury risk.


Class Description:
This class is designed for athletes ready to advance their tumbling skills, focusing on Level 2 elements such as round off back handsprings, standing back handsprings, and running tumbling combinations. Emphasis is placed on proper form, control, and safety to ensure skill mastery.


Prerequisites:
Athletes must have successfully mastered all Level 1 skills, including:


✔ Valdez

✔ Front Walkover 

✔ Back Walkovers that connect to other skills.


Class Schedule:


Mondays: 7 pm-8 pm 

Wednesdays: 6 pm-7 pm

Saturdays: 11 am -12 pm

Level 3 Class Overview & Expectations

What to Expect:
This high-energy class is designed to refine technique, build strength, and advance tumbling skills for Level 3 athletes. Each session includes:


  • 15-Minute Warm-Up – Line drills, foundational skill review, and warming up Level 1 & 2 progressions.
  • 30-Minute Skill Development – Focused training on advanced tumbling, including drills, mat work, and technical corrections. If prerequisites need refinement, coaches will adjust to reinforce prior skills.
  • 10-Minute Conditioning & Cool Down – Strength training and flexibility exercises to enhance power, control, and injury prevention.


Class Description:
This class is designed for level 3, ready to take on tucks and other advanced tumbling elements. The focus is on power, precision, and technique to ensure the safe and controlled execution of each skill. Athletes will refine their body awareness and build confidence in their tumbling sequences.


Prerequisites:
Athletes must have successfully mastered all Level 2 skills, including:


✔ Front Handspring
✔ Flyspring/ Bounder
✔ Standing Back Handspring/ Step Out

✔ Back Walkover Back Handspring

✔ Round Off Multiple Back Handsprings


Class Schedule:


Tuesdays: 6 pm -7 pm 

Saturdays: 11 am -12 pm

What to Expect:

✔ Round Off Back Handspring/ Series Tuck

✔ Front Walkover Round Off Back Handspring Tuck
✔ Standing Back Handspring Series 

✔ Toe Touch Back Handspring

Level 5/6 Class Overview & Expectations

What to Expect:
This is our most advanced tumbling class, designed for athletes who take full ownership of their training while receiving expert guidance from coaches. The structure is flexible, allowing athletes to progress at their own pace based on their skill level, work ethic, and maturity. While coaches provide instruction and refinement, athletes will have the opportunity to personalize aspects of their training to optimize their growth.


  • 15-Minute Warm-Up – Line drills, foundational skill review, and warming up Levels 1-4 progressions.
  • 30-Minute Skill Development – Focused training on advanced tumbling, including drills, mat work, and technical corrections. If prerequisites need refinement, coaches will adjust to reinforce prior skills.
  • 10-Minute Conditioning & Cool Down – Strength training and flexibility exercises to enhance power, control, and injury prevention.


Class Description:
Elite Tumbling focuses on high-level twisting skills, including fulls, double fulls, and advanced flipping-twisting combinations. Athletes will refine their technique through targeted drills designed to enhance control, power, and precision in complex tumbling passes. The goal is to develop competition-ready skills with exceptional execution and confidence.


Prerequisites:
To enroll, athletes must have:


✔  A strong layout on the floor with near-competition-ready technique

✔  Standing Backhandspring(s) Tuck


Class Schedule:


Thursdays: 6 pm -7 pm
